Avanyu North is a shell space construction project consisting of three (3) new retail spaces located across the street from the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in the heart of Albuquerque, NM.  This project is currently in the final stages of design and construction will begin in the summer of 2020.  Avanyu North is designed utilizing the latest Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.  Rock Gap Engineering (RGE) is the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer of Record (EOR) for this project.
