Keith Keetso, PE, LEED AP, Founder

Keith Keetso is a registered Electrical Engineer and General Contractor with extensive experience in planning, design, engineering, project management, and general contracting in infrastructure systems and industrial facilities for the private sector and government agencies. Mr. Keetso’s project experience includes studies, cost estimates and proposals, design, project engineering and management, and construction supervision of projects related to substations and generating stations, wastewater treatment plants, water pumping stations, university campus renovations, master planning and research parks, industrial facilities, load flow and fault analysis, overhead and underground power distribution systems for many types of projects.

Mr. Keetso has also successfully managed multi-disciplinary design teams serving as project manager, construction manager, technical coordinator and project coordinator on projects for private sector, Native American, and federal clients.  He has performed peer reviews on many architectural/engineering projects, evaluating design, constructability, safety and quality assurance compliance, value engineering for estimated construction projects in excess of $300 million dollars.

Mr. Keetso’s spare time is spent outdoors with seasonal activities such as hiking, biking, camping, hunting, fishing, and snowboarding. He is also a proud father of three great children.

Brian Sullivan, PE, PMP, LEED AP

Brian Sullivan has 24 years experience in design, construction and project management for nuclear facilities, hospitals, hydroelectric facilities, liquid waste treatment facilities and sold waste processing.  His experience includes managing multi-discipline design teams including architecture, electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, chemical, I&C and nuclear.  His experience includes preparation of trades studies, conceptual design, preliminary design, final design and construction documents; application of quality principles (NQA-1, ISO 9000) and the integration of safety into design.  In the area of project management, he has managed large capital projects ($1M – $100M), from design through construction.  His experience includes all phases of project life cycle (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing), the use of earned value management (EVM), setting up a work breakdown structure, scheduling, resource allocation and leveling, scope management, change control, stakeholder relations, regulatory management and risk management.  He has managed fully integrated project teams made of clients, regulators, multiple consultants and other stakeholders.

Daniel Hanson has 15 years of commercial construction industry experience and 15+years in project supervision, estimating and quality control. Daniel is a highly focused,results oriented project estimator/ project manager who is committed to the success of the company, clients, co-workers and industry partners. His experience and driven approach has proven successful time and time again with a legacy of high quality projects constructed safely and brought in ahead of schedule and within the budget.
